This form contains the mandatory information that must be presented to you BEFORE confirming your order, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and Article 5 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT – PRODUCT / SERVICE
The essential characteristics, quantity, sales price including VAT, any delivery/shipping fee, and the total amount payable for the ordered product or service are itemized on the order summary screen and in your order confirmation email. This form constitutes a binding agreement together with the said order summary.
3. PAYMENT METHOD AND PLAN
- Payment is collected using the method you selected during the order (credit/debit card, bank transfer/EFT, or other options offered on the site).
- Your card details are not stored by us; payment is processed through the secure infrastructure of a licensed payment institution.
- For installment payments, interest and commission are shown separately at the payment step.
4. DELIVERY
- Delivery is made to the address specified in the order form via the contracted courier company.
- The legal delivery period is a maximum of 30 days from the establishment of the order; the usual delivery time and shipping fee are indicated in the order summary.
- Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs are borne by the BUYER.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product, without providing any reason and without paying any penalty.
- For service provision, the 14-day period begins on the date the contract is concluded.
- The withdrawal notice can be made within the period to or to the number .
- After the withdrawal notice, the product must be returned within 10 days. The refund will be made within 14 days after the product reaches us, using the same payment method.
- If the agreed shipping company is used for the return, the return shipping cost is borne by the SELLER.
6. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
According to Article 15 of the Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products/services:
- Products whose price depends on fluctuations in financial markets beyond the seller’s control
- Products prepared specifically to the consumer’s requests
- Products that are perishable or may expire
- Products unsuitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons once the packaging is opened
- Products that, after delivery, are mixed with other items and cannot be separated
- Books, digital content, audio/video recordings, and computer consumables once their packaging has been opened
- Periodicals such as newspapers and magazines provided outside of a subscription agreement
- Accommodation, transport, catering, and entertainment services that must be carried out on a specific date
- Services performed instantly and intangible goods delivered electronically to the consumer immediately
- Services that begin to be performed with the consumer’s consent during the withdrawal period
7. COMPLAINT AND OBJECTION PROCEDURES
In case of disputes, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in your location, depending on the monetary limits. The current monetary limits are announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
8. APPROVAL
The BUYER acknowledges and declares that they have read this Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement before confirming the order; and that they have been informed about the essential characteristics of the product, the sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal.
