Delivery and Shipping Information

The preparation, shipping, and delivery processes for your orders are explained below.
1. Preparation and Shipping Time
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included in this period.
2. Estimated Delivery Times

| Districts, villages, and remote areas | 3–5 business days |
The legal delivery period is, in any case, a maximum of 30 days from the date the order is placed.
3. Shipping Fee
The shipping cost is calculated based on the order amount, product weight/volume, and delivery address. The exact shipping fee you will pay is shown in the order summary before confirmation. Orders above the specified amount may qualify for free shipping; the applicable limit is indicated on the cart screen.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, your tracking number will be sent via email. If you are a member, you can also monitor the shipment status from the order details page in your account.
5. Important Points When Receiving Delivery
- Check the outer packaging before accepting the package
- If there are signs of damage, dents, or tampering, have the courier prepare a report
- Claims for damaged shipments accepted without a report may take longer to process
- Report any damage noticed later within 3 days
6. Address and Recipient Information
Delivery will be made to the address you provided in the order form. If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of reshipment will be borne by the recipient. You must inform us of any address changes before the order is dispatched.
7. Undelivered Shipments
The courier company usually makes 3 delivery attempts. If the shipment is not received, it will be returned to us and the return process will begin. In this case, the shipping and return costs will be deducted from the order amount, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
8. Partial Shipment
If the supply times of the products in your order differ, the shipment may arrive in multiple parts. In this case, no additional shipping fee will be charged.
9. International Shipment
In cases where international delivery is offered, customs duties, fees, and similar public obligations are the responsibility of the recipient, and the delivery time may be extended depending on customs procedures.
